We can help your firm obtain the Department of Defense five (%) percent minority contracting goal under P.L. 99-661.

Your firm can receive a five (5) percent bonus on all Department of Defense subcontracts awarded to Data Basis under the Defense Authorization Act of 1987.

We are also certified as a "Buy Indian" firm under the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47. "Buy Indian" status provides preference in contract awards from the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Indian Health Service.
